About the event
During this CASA to CASA we will provide general best practices for new case intiation. In recent months, the Athens County Junvenile Court has been requesting CASA assginments prior to adjudication. This session will focus on best practices during those early weeks of a case.
Objectives:
Roles and responsibilities of a CASA
Rule 48 implications
Practicing within the scope during pre-adjudicatory activities.
