Here at Athens CASA, we are committed to safety and adhere to standards required by the National CASA Association, the Ohio CASA Association, the Ohio Attorney General's Office and Athens County Juvenile Court.

Current and potential volunteers should use the forms below to submit updated background check consent forms, SACWIS search consent forms, as well as required identification verification documents.

These checks are required prior to beginning your service as a CASA Volunteer and will be updated every three years.
